Listening and understanding is the key to good coaching and the key to good business; it forms the core of all my work.
Business is a form of personal expression. Just as a painter expresses on canvas, an entrepreneur/manager expresses through their business. In my work I seek to bring wisdom to the intent and authenticity to the execution.
